Healthy Oat Pumpkin Cookies

They’re delicious!

Ingredients: – 4 cups rolled oats
– One can pumpkin purée
– 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (vegan works)
– 3 T maple syrup/ 2 T vanilla
– A few dashes of ground nutmeg, cinnamon and cloves (feel free to use pumpkin pie spice too)
– Sea salt

To do:
Mix all ingredients together and roll into balls. Top each ball with sea salt. Bake at 350 for 10 min!
