Blueberry Oatmeal Bowl

This oatmeal was delicious! After a super sweaty and amazing hot yoga session, I was craving some carbohydrates.

Don’t be afraid of carbs people!! They FUEL our brains and give us energy. I added some peanut butter for added protein and of course, my source of healthy fats. The fat from peanut butter helps to slow down the rate of carb absorption in my body. No blood sugar spikes here!
