Cinnamon Rolls- Original and Funfetti

For my birthday I made homemade cinnamon rolls! They were everything I wanted them to be and more. In addition to the cinnamon rolls I made funfetti dip. Which. WAS. AMAZING. I may or may not have eaten spoonfuls of it…

Anyway, the weekend before the party I made the cinnamon rolls to make sure the recipe was good. They were. Gooey on the inside and nice and pillowy on the outside. The only problem was I didn’t have enough of them!

This recipe says it makes 9 however, I found that it mades more depending on how close you cut them. I made these twice and the first time I got 10, the next time I got 13. Both times they were big rolls and equally delicious.

Another note I have is that the original recipe says to heat the milk to to 110 degrees and I found that too hot and kills the yeast. Just make sure your milk is warm but not hot and you’ll be okay.

The original recipe calls for a basic cream cheese frosting which tasted delicious. The second time I made these cinnamon rolls I used the funfetti dip as the frosting and let me tell you. GAME CHANGER.
